Hi, I’m Genessa.

My perimenopause journey began without much clarity or support for what was happening in my body.

That lived experience informs the gentle, nervous-system-aware way I now guide others through this transition.

When Symptoms Were Misunderstood

When symptoms began in my mid-thirties, they were often attributed to stress or unrelated health concerns. Perimenopause wasn’t initially considered, and the rapid hormonal changes that followed felt disorienting and isolating.

Like many people navigating midlife transitions, I found myself searching for care that addressed the whole picture — not just lab values.

Finding Support Beyond Conventional Approaches

I explored holistic modalities that supported both my body and nervous system — including yoga, meditation, acupuncture, energy healing, and herbal medicine.

Over time, these practices helped restore steadiness, ease symptoms, and rebuild trust in my body’s rhythms.

Training & Experience

I’m a clinical herbalist, holistic wellness coach, and ceremony guide, and I help midlife individuals restore balance, resilience, and connection to their bodies.

My approach is shaped by both lived experience and extensive training, so you can trust that the guidance I offer is practical, evidence-informed, and compassionate.
