    During Your Session

Your consultation is designed as a calm, supportive space.

You’re welcome to take short breaks, bring a snack or drink, use fidgets, stand, move, or stim as needed. Intake forms are completed ahead of time, at your own pace.

Some clients experience emotional release while sharing their health history, especially with past trauma or medical gaslighting. If this happens, Genessa will simply listen and support you with grounding options such as breathwork, gentle movement, or a pause.

    After Your Session

Your session may bring insight, relief, or a sense of emotional processing.

If possible, plan time afterward to rest and integrate. Journaling, gentle movement, or quiet reflection can be supportive.

You may remember details or questions after your appointment — this is completely normal. You can share updates or questions using the private chat feature in your client portal between sessions.

Neurodiversity-affirming care means your experience is respected, your pace is honored, and you’re supported without judgment.
