    Since 2012, I’ve been helping people like you find balance. As a public school teacher for the past two decades, I have seen many colleagues struggle with work-life balance and burnout.

    I experienced a rapid and unexpected transition into early menopause in my mid-thirties, and subsequently fell deep into burnout myself, despite all of the tools I had developed over my years of formal study in the healing arts.

    My formal training has been such a blessing, but my biggest teachings have come through personal initiations. I also learn so much through working one to one with clients, and through leading workshops and healing ceremonies.
